How to Get Turkish Virtual Card on iPhone
1. Download the free app OlduBil from the App Store. This is their local counterpart. QIWI.
In most cases, the program starts up fine, but sometimes you have to use a VPN.
2. Launch the app and start the registration process. Enter your first and last name in English.
3. Next, enter the country Kazakhstan and enter your Russian phone number. The code for the countries is the same, but when choosing a neighboring state, users have no problems receiving a confirmation code via SMS.
4. Open section My Walletto view your new virtual card details.
5. Click on the map image and then select an item View Card Infoto see all card details.
Be sure to activate the toggle switch Online Paymentswithout it, payment from the card on the network will not be available.
6. You can replenish such a card from the account of any Russian bank through the exchange Binance.

You need to repeat the first part of the instructions, register in the application and verify your account using any suitable document (passport, foreign or driver’s license).
7. When an account Binance confirmed, you should add a Russian bank card in the parameters of your record.
To do this, go to Settings (avatar in the upper left corner) – Payment methods – Payment methods for P2P.
8. Click the button Add a new payment method and enter your bank card number.
9. Next, you need to add your new Turkish card in order to be able to withdraw funds to it.

▶ In the last paragraph with the number “3” select an option Ziraat bank. Copy the code that appears in the menu and return to the application Binance.
▶ In the same section where we added a Russian bank card, we add another payment method. We press the button All payment methods and by searching we find Agriculture.
▶ In the field IBAN paste the copied code from the application OlduBil. We also fill in the field Additional account number. This is the number of your new virtual card.
This is the old proven way to add a map OlduBil.
10. There is also a new method, which appeared relatively recently.
▶ To do this, in the application OlduBil open section My Wallet – QR transactions – Money Transfer with QR.
▶ Press the button Receive Money with QR and take a screenshot of your code to receive money.
▶ In app Photo crop the screenshot so that only the square with the code remains.
▶ In app Binance we return to the section for adding a card and create another payment method. We press the button All payment methods and by searching we find OlduBil.
In field Wallet and Card Number duplicate the card number from the application OlduBiland in the field QR – paste the trimmed code from the device gallery.
11. We confirm the addition of a new payment method using the method selected in the application (code by e-mail, SMS or third-party authenticator).
12. Now to transfer funds from a Russian bank card to a card OlduBil you need to follow a simple procedure.
First, in the P2P trading section, you need to purchase USDT for rublesand then sell USDT for Turkish Lirareceiving a payment on a virtual card.

So you can transfer rubles (RUB) to Turkish Lira (TRY) at a rate as close as possible to the official one.
Please note that the card OlduBil have a period replenishment limit. Previously, he composed 1250 Turkish Lira (around 5000 rub.). Recently the bar was raised and now you can replenish your account with 2750 TL (a little bit more 11000 rub.).
The limit is updated at the beginning of each calendar month. You can view the remaining replenishment amount in the application (My Wallet – Deposit Money – Deposit via Bank Transfer).
How to pay for apps and subscriptions from the App Store with a new card
If you want to use this card to pay on your iPhone, you will have to get a little confused. You cannot buy with a Turkish (or any other foreign card) in the Russian App Store.
You will have to change the region of the account to the region of your card. In our case it will be Turkey.

The procedure itself is not complicated, but there are several features and nuances.
◉ You will have to spend the entire balance of your account (if you replenished your account with gift cards) and cancel all active subscriptions.
◉ You will need to turn off family sharing, and to create a new family, you will need to change the region for all its members. This is not a requirement, but other family members may not be able to access certain purchases, subscriptions, and services otherwise.
