Strasbourg – Germany has forged a blockade alliance with Italy and a number of Eastern European countries once morest the planned phasing out of internal combustion engines from 2035. The EU Commission now needs an answer as to how climate-neutral cars can continue to be operated in a technology-neutral manner, said German Transport Minister Volker Wissing (FDP) following a meeting with his counterparts in Strasbourg on Monday evening.
