“Don’t fear the Reaper” is the motto of the signature song by the American rockers Blue Öyster Cult. The reaper is very much to be feared – at least the Reaper drone from the US manufacturer General Atomics. The US Air Force drone, which was crashed by Russian warplanes in international airspace over the Black Sea on Tuesday, was part of an extensive US unmanned aerial vehicle program. In addition to the propeller-driven Reaper drones, this also includes helicopters and jets.
