This is bad news for Colruyt customers, fans of the Collect&Go service. According to information from Retail Detail magazine, the chain of stores has decided to increase the price of the Collect&Go service charge… at the busiest times.
For customers who want to pick up their groceries at the most critical times, they will now have to pay an extra euro, with the service charge rising to 6.95 euros instead of 5.95. In this way, Colruyt hopes to distribute the orders better.
It is since this Friday, March 17 that the cost of the service charge varies according to the time of withdrawal. On Mondays, Fridays and Saturday mornings, the cost will now be 6.95 euros.
