The Salzburg bus network is growing: At the end of April, a new bus line will start operating in the state capital. Line 11 runs on the left side of the Salzach from the Liefering district with diesel buses to the south of the city to Josefiau. The city of Salzburg is making a total of 5.2 million euros available for this over the next three years. The operator of the new line is the company Albus – a subsidiary of the Viennese bus company Dr. Richard (51 percent) and Salzburg AG.
