Water management: Advocacy in New York for decentralized cooperation involving local authorities

United Nations (New York) – The President of the Moroccan Association of Presidents of Municipal Councils (AMPCC), President of the Municipal Council of Tangier, Mounir Lymouri, pleaded in New York in favor of decentralized cooperation with and between local authorities territories in terms of sustainable development, including issues related to water management.
