Ultimately, the car was stopped and all three teenagers in the vehicle denied being the driver. However, investigations revealed that the 15-year-old had been behind the wheel and even illegally started and navigated the car. The teenager was also found to have consumed drugs. During his reckless drive, he reached speeds of 140 km/h and broke multiple traffic laws, including ignoring stop signs and overtaking bans. The police pursued him with flashing lights and a siren throughout the chaotic episode.
A 15-year-old Serb who was under the influence of drugs drove a car through the local area of Fieberbrunn in the Tyrolean district of Kitzbühel on Monday followingnoon, among other things at high speed, and drove away from the police.
When the car was finally stopped, all three teenage occupants denied driving it. Suddenly none of them sat in the driver’s seat, according to the police, the three had changed their seats before the check.
The car had previously stopped at a bus stop. However, further investigations revealed that the 15-year-old had illegally started and steered the car, it said. During an investigation, the unfit driver was also found to be consuming drugs. He is shown.
The teenager had raced at speeds of up to 140 km/h over a distance of four kilometers on the way from Fieberbrunn in the direction of Hochfilzen, disregarded stop signs and overtaking bans, crossed the restricted line and overtook in confusing places. A police patrol had followed him with flashing lights and a siren.
This incident serves as a reminder of the dangers of underage driving, as well as the risks associated with drug use while operating a vehicle.
