It is a press release from the General Secretariat for Religious Affairs which has just given the news. The price for the 2023 hajj in Mecca is set at 57 million Guinean francs, as opposed to 60 million for the year.
According to the press release, the transitional government decided to make this reduction in view of the economic situation.
