The New York Stock Exchange was flat at Monday’s opening following a strong week that sent the broader S&P 500 index to its highest level since last August.
The Dow Jones index fell by 0.03%, the Nasdaq, which is dominated by technology, advanced by the same amount and the S&P 500 gleaned 0.10%, a few minutes following the opening.
