Amsterdam – Former Dutch soccer team goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar suffered a brain hemorrhage on Friday. The former manager and goalkeeper of national record champions Ajax Amsterdam is in hospital in intensive care and his condition is stable, the club said. As the newspaper “De Telegraaf” reported, the 52-year-old was on vacation in Croatia and was taken to a clinic by rescue helicopter from an island.
