The 18-year-old hacker who leaked 90 clips and photos of Grand Theft Auto VI will not stand trial because he is considered mentally unfit. Arion Kurtaj is not only targeting Rockstar as he has stolen information from Revolut and Uber. His leak of Grand Theft Auto VI might have been incredibly damaging to Rockstar, and he even threatened to leak the game’s source code in a Slack message. But since he was deemed unfit to stand trial, juries will not find him guilty or not guilty, instead they will only determine whether he committed the hacking. Luckily, Take-Two says development hasn’t been affected by the leak, but at least we’ve had the game revealed to us earlier than the developers had hoped, leading to a false impression of what Grand Theft Auto VI will look like.
