Al-Marsad Newspaper: Cardiology and arterial catheterization consultant Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr warned against delaying dinner.
He said, in a tweet he posted on his X account: “Delaying dinner until 10 pm is a health crime against your body, because it increases esophageal reflux, increases nocturnal apnea, and increases the possibility of obesity, diabetes and pressure.”
Al-Nimr indicated that the dinner meal is at six in the evening, and at the latest 3 hours before going to sleep.
