This Thursday evening around midnight, a notorious heroin addict tried to break into a vehicle in Liège but without success. He was arrested by the Liège police. This 30-year-old was already under conditions for other previous flights and for his drug use. The case was put under investigation with a request for an arrest warrant once morest him.
