Galaxy Try Now users can experience key features of Galaxy Z Flip5, Z Fold5 and One UI 5.1.1 without a Galaxy smartphone.

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. announced an update to its “Try Galaxy” app, which allows smartphone users[1] who are not Androids to test the intuitive One UI 5.1.1 interface and explore the features of the new Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5. To showcase the benefits of the Galaxy Z Fold5’s immersive display, the updated Try Galaxy app also features a new feature that uses two connected phones to simulate the folding experience.

After downloading the Try Galaxy app, users can follow helpful tutorials and explore apps and widgets as if they were on the home screen of a Galaxy phone. They can also test other innovative and unique functions available on Samsung Galaxy. In particular, the newly improved app highlights key features of Galaxy Z Flip5, Z Fold5 and One UI 5.1.1:

FlexCam experience: Users can explore the FlexCam mode of Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5. Through the app, users can experience how these foldable devices open up new possibilities by capturing memorable moments from a variety of creative angles. With the largest cover screen in the Galaxy Z Flip lineup, the Galaxy Z Flip5 also makes taking selfies quick and easy.

Immersive screen and easy multitasking: Users can connect two devices to create a single connected display, which simulates the rugged Galaxy Z Fold5 experience on the big screen. With video demonstrations, users can view video content on an immersive full screen. They can also enjoy increased productivity with improved drag-and-drop features, which allow for easy multitasking when moving content between screens.

A connected ecosystem: Users can experience what the Galaxy ecosystem has to offer, including Quick Share between near and far devices, body composition data from Samsung Health when paired with a Galaxy Watch, and the many other exciting possibilities offered by the Galaxy devices. All of this is highlighted by the easy-to-use One UI 5.1.1 interface.
