Bregenz – The Austrian philosopher Isolde Charim has been awarded this year’s “Tractatus” essay prize by the Philosophicum Lech. She receives the prize, which is endowed with 25,000 euros, for her work “The Torments of Narcissism”, with which she exposes, among other things, the mechanisms of voluntary submission in society. The award ceremony will take place on September 22 as part of the Philosophicum, which this year deals with the topic “Everything will be fine”.
