On Sunday evening, Los Angeles police officers were involved in a bizarre chase. The suspect was driving a golf cart very slowly, shirtless, without shoes, and with a dog on his lap. The man stole the golf cart at knifepoint from a shopping center. He then began a comical half-hour chase at 30 km/h. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
