The journey from the summit to the valley sometimes takes nine and a half months. Katharina Liensberger won her last victory in the World Cup to date in the slalom in Aare in March 2022, and the following December she did not make it into the second round at Semmering. In the rest of the season this happened to her three more times in the giant slalom.
