Dubai – The new central draft resolution of the World Climate Conference calls for a “transition” away from fossil fuels. The text presented in Dubai on Wednesday morning was sharpened compared to the previous draft in lengthy negotiations. However, numerous countries did not push through with their demands to agree on a global phase-out of coal, oil and gas.
