On December 21, Marc Fesneau, the Minister of Agriculture, Marc Fesneau announced the opening by FranceAgrimer of five counters allowing farms producing fruit and vegetables, including potatoes, to invest in a choice of 80 equipment innovative. The latter were selected as part of a call for expressions of interest (AMI) for their ability to respond to competitiveness challenges in a context of adaptation to climate and health crises. A first counter opened on December 22. provides €30 million to finance the purchase of systems for greenhouses. A second followed on December 27. Also endowed with €30 million, it was devoted to agro-equipment and plants for orchards. A third of €20 million has been aimed at the fruit and vegetable sector since January 3. On January 9, a fourth planned €10 million for irrigation solutions. Finally, a fifth rewarded with an envelope of €10 million is specially dedicated to the Overseas Territories.
