Cho Cui Temple is located at the foot of Ngu Ma Mountain on the banks of Lam River. Ngu Ma Mountain, or locals call it Ba Mountain or Co Doc Lam Luu. Because from Hong Linh mountain to Thien Tuong pagoda, there is a branch that branches off through Xuan Lam commune to Xuan Hong commune, dividing into many mountains that look like a herd of calves racing down to bathe in the Lam river. In it, Mount Co Doc Lam Luu stands alone like a calf regarding to wade across the Lam River.

Cho Cui Temple (Xuan Hong, Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh) annually attracts tens of thousands of tourists from all over the world.

Cho Cui Temple is not only located under a beautiful mountain, but also in a spiritual land of outstanding people, because it converges the essence of Hong Mountain and Lam River. The temple has its back once morest the mountain, facing North, reflecting into the Lam River. The palaces gradually rise following the majestic and majestic mountain position, in the immense expanse of ancient forests, creating a space that is both fanciful, sacred, spacious and close.

The temple has a Tam-shaped structure including: Lower Palace, Middle Palace and Upper Palace, connected to each other along the Shinto axis. Arrange the worship palaces from top to bottom: Thanh Mau worship palace (Three Palace worship), worship palace of Five Ton Ong, palace worship Hoang Muoi mandarin, Chau Muoi palace and Tran Trieu palace. The upper palace (harem), where the altar of the Three Holy Mothers is located, including: Mau Lieu Hanh, Mau Thuong Ngan, and Mau Thoai.

Over many generations, the incense burning in the Temple is still managed by the Nguyen family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tiu. Mr. Nguyen Van Tiu’s 8th generation descendant, Mr. Nguyen Sy Quy, said that from the time the Temple was established until now, 8 generations of the Nguyen family have built houses next to the Temple, voluntarily repairing and smoking the Temple for the gods.

During the last days of the year (lunar calendar), the stream of people offering their prayers is endless. Mr. Tran Hai Dung, (Long Bien, Hanoi) said that coming to Cho Cui Temple today is not only to pay homage, but also to feel the freshness, relaxation, peace that this place brings.

During the last days of the year, the stream of people paying their respects at the Temple is endless.

Every year, Cho Cui Temple has 3 major festivals on the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month (Mother Saint’s death anniversary), the 20th day of the 8th lunar month (the death anniversary of Saint Tran) and the 10th day of the 10th lunar month (the death anniversary of Saint Tran). Quan Hoang Muoi) for many days in a row, many visitors came to worship and perform ceremonies.
