The University of North Dakota (UND) is looking for proposals on a regeneration P3.
While details on the future development are scant, the project will see a mixed-use redevelopment of the Ray Richards Golf Course in Grand Forks.
Previously, UND sought private partners to develop a stadium to support its athletics program.
