It’s not always easy to change banks. Marie-Christine Reuter, a resident of Soumagne, has been experimenting with it since mid-February. After seven meetings, she still has not managed to close her accounts and insurance with ING!
“I decided to change banks and put all my accounts and insurance that were with ING to go to Belfius,” explains this 69-year-old former caregiver. “I had a car accident and a lot of problems with the paperwork, I wasn’t satisfied with their services: we never answered the phone, the application didn’t work… And what’s more, they relocated the agency from Soumagne to Fléron, it’s 14 km round trip to get there. »
