Ingredients
- Black gram, two cups boiled
- Salt, to taste
- Chaat masala, two tablespoons
- Black salt, 1/2 tbsp
- Potatoes, one boiled
- Onion, 1/2 cup chopped
- Lemon juice, three tablespoons
- Amchur, a teaspoonful
- Crushed red pepper, two teaspoons
- Raw mango, 1/2 sliced
- Tomatoes, 1/2 cup
For garnish
- Pomegranate seeds, 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves, a handful
Composition
Add boiled chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and raw mangoes to a bowl.
Mix them well.
Then add ground red chillies, black salt, chaat masala, amchur and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
