Bene Vagienna Municipality Moves Local Updates to WhatsApp

Stay Informed: Local Government Shifts Communication to WhatsApp

A communication channel that kept residents up-to-date will continue, but with a new home. Unfortunately, due to a change in phone providers, the platform used by the Municipality for sending essential public information is being discontinued. The good news? An alternate, equally effective channel is already in the beginning stages. The city’s commitment to fast, easy-to-access communication remains strong.

“It’s very useful for our residents,” officials emphasized. As a result, the municipality is moving this service to the most popular messaging app: WhatsApp. There they will keep residents informed about important news, snow school closures, vaccinations, and quickly alert citizens to emergencies like severe weather.

What You Need to Do

“Following the change, residents should access the Città di Bene Vagienna channel directly on WhatsApp,” said representatives. “It’s a simple process.”
