Isabella Rossi: absolutely! We believe in nurturing creative energy. One of our aspirations is to create a platform for showcasing emerging artists’ work within the restaurant, perhaps thru rotating exhibitions or collaborations. We also want to provide opportunities for talented chefs and culinary innovators to shine.
