by

IT Link reported a slight year-over-year revenue decrease of 0.1% in 2025, reaching €82.6 million, according to company figures released today. However, the group indicated organic growth of 0.6% when calculated at constant exchange rates. Adjusting for a one-day reduction in production days, the reported decrease shrinks to 0.3%, with organic growth rising to 1.0% at constant exchange rates.

The fourth quarter of 2025 saw revenue of €20.4 million, a decrease of 1.3% (stable to -0.4% at constant exchange rates). Second-half revenue totaled €40.27 million, down 1.1% (-0.3% at constant exchange rates). IT Link characterized 2025 as a year of commercial investment, focused on strengthening relationships with key clients including Stellantis, RATP, Alstom, Crédit Agricole, and MBDA, resulting in significant contract renewals and new business.

Geographically, France experienced a 0.8% revenue decline in 2025, while international operations grew by 5.3% (7.8% at constant exchange rates). The company noted that unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations negatively impacted Canadian activities by 0.7 percentage points. The solutions business segment demonstrated strong performance, increasing by 23.0% (25.2% at constant exchange rates) and now representing over 12.5% of the group’s total revenue.

IT Link’s workforce expanded to 880 employees at the end of December 2025, up from 870 at the end of 2024. Including partner subcontractors, the total productive workforce reached 908 consultants. The group’s activity rate was 91% in the fourth quarter.

Since the launch of the “Connext’25” strategic plan in January 2021, IT Link has achieved 68% revenue growth, increasing from €49.1 million to €82.6 million. Employee numbers have risen by 645, from 614 consultants to 908. International activities, particularly in the Benelux region (a 126% increase over five years), the 2021 launch of a Moroccan subsidiary, and the January 2024 acquisition of Ciao Technologies, now account for 19.7% of revenue. The solutions business has grown by more than 120% over the same period.

IT Link, operating under the brands IT Link, NRX, RADèS, and Ciao Technologies, will present its complete annual results and unveil its new strategic plan on March 26, 2026, following market close.
