RIYADH – A number of Saudi-listed companies traded at their lowest prices since their initial public offerings (IPOs) during Wednesday’s session, according to data compiled by Argaam. The declines reflect broader market pressures, though specific factors vary by company.
Nice One closed at 13.68 Saudi Riyal, a record low since its IPO in January 2025, representing a 78% decline from its listing price. Almutahida Insurance Company reached 2.99 Riyal, its lowest since listing in June 2008, down 70% from its IPO price. Redan Co. Traded at 18.01 Riyal, a 64% decrease since its February 2017 listing.
Other companies hitting record lows included Aseeg, closing at 6.26 Riyal (down 61% since its August 2007 IPO), and Kemanol, which finished at 6.16 Riyal, a 60% drop from its September 2008 listing price. Fakieh Medical Group reached 30.02 Riyal, 52% below its IPO price in June 2024. UCI, listed in May 2025, traded at 24.15 Riyal, also down 52% from its initial offering.
Emaar, a longer-established company, hit 8.60 Riyal, a 49% decrease since its October 2006 IPO. Lumi reached 39.88 Riyal, down 48% since its September 2023 listing. Talcqo traded at 30.50 Riyal, a 44% decline from its June 2024 IPO. Aslak reached 16.09 Riyal, down 43% since its August 2011 listing, while Asواق Al-Muzar’a traded at 12.52 Riyal, also down 43% from its February 2014 IPO.
Dar Al-Mawad reached 27.94 Riyal, a 43% decrease since its February 2022 listing. Tabat Printing and Packaging closed at 6.91 Riyal, down 42% since its July 2007 IPO. Al-Dawaa Medical Services traded at 47.00 Riyal, a 37% decrease since its March 2022 listing. Al-Mutahida Modern Mills reached 25.70 Riyal, down 37% from its March 2024 IPO. Dheeb reached 31.74 Riyal, a 35% decrease since its March 2021 listing.
Bin Dawood Holding Co. Traded at 4.38 Riyal, down 34% since its October 2020 IPO. CGS, listed in December 2025, reached 7.07 Riyal, a 29% decrease from its IPO price. Deyara Development reached 22.90 Riyal, down 24% since its March 2025 listing. Al-Naifat reached 11.14 Riyal, down 23% since its November 2021 listing. Tasheel reached 136.50 Riyal, down 23% since its December 2024 listing. Murana reached 8.67 Riyal, down 22% since its June 2023 listing. Al-Andia reached 6.78 Riyal, down 10% since its July 2025 listing.
The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed at 10,847.93 on Wednesday, down 0.54%, according to Mubasher Info. Trading volume reached 167,155,399 shares, with a total value of 3,776,408,173.12 Riyal. The Saudi Exchange’s main market watch lists 400 listed companies, contributing to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
