Healthcare Administrator Trainee (m/f/d) – Treuenbrietzen | Johanniter GmbH

The Johanniter GmbH is seeking motivated trainees for a three-year apprenticeship as a Kaufmann/frau im Gesundheitswesen (Healthcare Management Assistant) starting August 1, 2026, at the Johanniter-Krankenhaus Treuenbrietzen.

The apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to learn a variety of administrative tasks across different departments, including purchasing, finance, human resources, and patient management, according to a statement released by the Johanniter GmbH. Trainees will spend time in various departments gaining practical experience, while too attending vocational school in Potsdam to acquire theoretical knowledge.

Applicants should have at least a Realschulabschluss (intermediate secondary school leaving certificate) or equivalent, an interest in commercial activities, proficiency in using computers, a meticulous and accurate work ethic, a sense of responsibility and commitment, and teamwork skills, the Johanniter GmbH stated.

The position offers compensation according to the AVR DWBO Anlage Johanniter collective bargaining agreement, individually tailored flexible and family-friendly working hours, and integration into a friendly and dedicated interdisciplinary team.

The Johanniter-Krankenhaus Treuenbrietzen is a specialist hospital with 419 beds, encompassing three clinics: Internistic Rheumatology/Rheumatology Surgery and Orthopedics, Pneumology/Allergology/Thoracic Surgery, and Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics. The hospital also includes a nursing school, a medical care center, and a health center for social psychiatry.

The Johanniter GmbH operates over 100 stationary health and care facilities of the Johanniter Order, including hospitals, specialist and rehabilitation clinics, and medical care and therapy centers.
