Aurianne Muller Appointed VP Growth at Dékuple Group | Marketing Hire

Aurianne Muller has been appointed Vice President of Growth, Strategy & Marketing at the European communication and data marketing group, Dékuple, and will join its executive committee, the company announced Monday.

Muller’s primary responsibility will be to support the rollout of Dékuple’s “Ambition 2030” strategic plan and to structure the group’s overall value proposition internationally, according to a statement released by the company. She will also coordinate Dékuple’s network of creative agencies to bolster its integrated model on international markets.

Prior to joining Dékuple, Muller held positions in both consulting and communications, including Deputy General Manager at D’Arcy Business and Co-General Manager at ARC, a marketing services subsidiary of Leo Burnett (Publicis Group). She founded the communications consultancy Orbe in 2006, leading the agency for twelve years. More recently, in 2017, she became a partner and CEO of the Swiss entity of the Harpagon consulting firm, specializing in the operational and financial efficiency of marketing and communication activities.

Dékuple unveiled its Ambition 2030 plan in December 2025, outlining a strategy to reinforce its position as a leading European player in communication and data marketing. The plan builds on a transformation undertaken since 2020, focusing on the convergence of data, technology, and creativity. Between 2020 and 2024, the group achieved an average annual growth of 12% in net sales and 9% in net revenue, doubling its workforce to 1,200 employees across eight countries.

Muller is also the founder of #jeconnaisquelqundebien, a networking initiative launched in 2016 that has grown to nearly 22,000 members.
