State services indicated that, as a precaution, around fifteen homes were evacuated “in good conditions”. A total of 40 people were welcomed to their families or friends.
The prefecture also specifies that the RD 651 between Mano and Hostens and the RD 316 between Mano and Saint-Symphorien are closed. The intervention being in progress, it is strongly advised to avoid the area, which is particularly dangerous.
