A beautiful crumble recipe with delicious autumn flavors


Servings: 4 – Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking: 35 minutes

Ingredients

The crumble

  • 50 gr (1 3⁄4 oz) almond powder
  • 50 g (1 3⁄4 oz) oats
  • 100 gr (3 1/2 oz) farine
  • 100 gr (3 1/2 oz) sucre
  • 100 gr (3 1/2 oz) soft unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

The garnish

  • 3 to 4 apples, cut into thick slices
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) raisins
  • 6 marshmallows, cubed
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) dark or milk chocolate pistoles

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven, rack in the middle, to 190°C (375°F).

2nd step

In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, oats, flour, sugar, butter, pinch of salt and vanilla extract, until you get a semi-lumpy mixture.

Step 3

In a gratin dish, arrange the apples, raisins, marshmallows, chocolate, cover everything with the crumble mixture and cook for 35 minutes until the crumble is colored and the apples are tender.

Step 4

Let cool before serving.
