Since running his business, Jean-Yves Glumineau has managed to multiply his company’s turnover by five. As his company had just been sold, he decided to offer part of the profits from this sale to his employees in mid-December. The idea of the boss is that each of his 150 employees, whether on permanent or fixed-term contracts, receives a bonus thanks to this sale. Its amount: 10 euros per day worked.
“I’ve never seen this anywhere else”
The first payments of this bonus have already arrived during the January payroll. “A man does nothing on his own, and if indeed the employees had not relayed the projects that animated me, if they had not had this involvement to make the company grow, we would not be here. today”, justified the leader to France 3 Pays de la Loire.
“He is a very sociable boss. On pay day, he gives the slip in person to each employee. I’ve never seen that anywhere else. The results are also the fruits of our labor, but it’s extremely rare to see a boss make such a gesture,” said an employee of the company.
