A bus carrying passengers of various nationalities who were on their way to perform Umrah was attacked while travelling. On Monday, a traffic accident occurred at Aqaba Shaar in Asir, resulting in the death of 20 people and injuries to 29 others. To allow the Civil Defense and Red Crescent teams to reach the scene of the accident, security authorities closed Aqaba.
