Al-Marsad newspaper: A video clip circulating on Twitter documented the moment a dog chased a girl in the Al-Deira residential neighborhood in Qatif.
The video, captured by a surveillance camera, showed the dog chasing the girl following she was afraid of walking behind her, forcing her to run quickly.
The girl eventually managed to run away from the dog, before he might harm her, according to the video.
Also, during the video, a person appeared to be a resident and was walking near the girl, and he looked at her while she was running away from the dog, but he did nothing regarding it, and did not take the initiative to save her.
Another person managed to stop the dog from harming the girl at the last moment.
