Two Greeks (a man and a woman) were arrested yesterday (16-02-2024) in the evening in Arta by the police, against whom a case file was filed for theft by complicity and by continuation.
In particular, the perpetrators were arrested in the context of an investigation into a complaint that they had earlier taken the mobile phone of a business owner using the employment method. Inside the vehicle, in which they were riding, the mobile phone was found and confiscated and given to the owner.
During the further police investigation, it emerged that at noon of the same day, the defendants had broken a church window in a village of Arta and then breached the safe, removing from it an amount of 300 euros.
