A Croatian cheerleader broke a taboo in Qatar by wearing revealing clothing, despite the country’s strict laws prohibiting it.
The Croatian cheerleader is a model and a former beauty queen, named “Ivana Nol”, who caught the attention of a dress designed in the colors of her country’s flag in the stands to support her country’s national team.
A number of activists called on officials in the Qatari police to arrest Ivana Noll, on charges of disrespecting traditions and violating the customs and local laws of Qatar.
