If the content of this trial version is still kept silent, the very short teaser that accompanies the announcement shows the typewriter of the Writer, the new character who will have the heavy mission of linking all the stories together. It will be isolated in a mysterious beacon filled with cogs that do nothing but creak in an agonizing way, which, let’s agree, is not necessarily the best setting to write a short story. Layers of Fear will also introduce The Final Notea new chapter that will complete the events of the first opus.
