A fallible Switzerland on the international scene

The “Swiss Secrets” documents have once once more splashed the Swiss banking center and relations between Switzerland and Russia are at the center of all attention. These concerns are not new. The secret documents published on Tuesday March 1 by the research center Dodis (Swiss diplomatic documents) show that they were already very present in the 1970s. These acts make up the last volume of the series devoted to Switzerland’s international relations during the Cold War from 1945 to 1989.
