The Office star Ralph Ineson has sued Disney for £150,000, claiming he was injured while fighting a ghoul on a TV show.
Ineson said he suffered permanent shoulder damage while filming the second part of Willow for Disney+, and his lawyers explained to the network.The SunThe star, 54, was dressed as a knight in armor and fought a nine-foot-tall ghoul called “The Scourge” before Ineson fell awkwardly.
Ineson has now sued The Walt Disney Company, seeking damages amounting to £150,000, claiming that his ability to perform activities including fighting and horse riding had been permanently affected.
Ineson’s lawyer claimed that the fake foam gravel was not shoveled properly due to the pressure of the filming deadline and the darkened steps, causing the actor to fall. He said that the actor did not want to spoil the shot, so he remained calm and waited until the end of the shot, another 20 seconds or so. .
