London: Tottenham Hotspur coach Antonio Conte and Chelsea coach Thomas Touchel have been shown red cards for misconduct in the English Premier League. During the heated fight between the two teams the other day, the coaches also ‘clashed’ outside the ground. The coaches of the Spurs and Chelsea teams had an argument twice during the match held on Sunday at Stamford Bridge.
The match ended in a 2-2 draw. Chelsea took the lead in the 19th minute through Kalidou Koulibaly, but Tottenham equalized in the 68th minute through Emile Hojerg. The problems started seconds before this goal. Chelsea’s Kai Havertz raised the complaint that Spurs player Rodrigo Bentencourt was fouled. Later, Chelsea’s players on the bench and the coach got angry.
