A French company invents a saliva test to diagnose endometriosis

A French start-up has developed a saliva test to speed up the diagnosis of endometriosis. titled “endotest“, this world first would make it possible to detect the disease in a few days… compared to years of medical wandering today.

This is a revolution for people suffering from endometriosis: Ziwig, a French company, has developed a saliva test to detect the disease in just a few days. Until now, it took an average of eight years to diagnose it.

The principle is simple: the endotest looks like a tube in which you just have to spit. Once completed, all that remains is to send it by post to a laboratory for DNA sequencing.
