A girl with a runny nose can go on sick leave, and a boss will shame a man for sick leave

It seems to me that it is time for men to start fighting for their rights, otherwise they will soon drive us completely under the bench. I work in a team where men and women are equally divided, but the boss is a woman.

And I can see how widespread double standards are in our country. The girl went on sick leave – no problem, even a runny nose.

But if a man, due to a cold, went on sick leave, the boss will go to a known substance, will constantly pull with stupid questions, and then still shame that the men have become sissies.

I’ve had enough of this policy. I’m human too, I can feel bad too. Why should I feel guilty about this?

Our ladies, as they realized that the boss was on their side, so they began to ask for time off even during critical days, forgive me for such details.

More than once I heard how our young ladies in the smoking room communicate that we should take time off, things have accumulated. And when asked how he would take time off, he answered that he would say that his stomach was twisting before critical days.

Convenient slip. You don’t even need ballistics, everything is built on the feeling of empathy of the boss. Of course, I am happy for our girls, but not so much for myself.

Our boss does not tire of repeating that the stronger sex is getting smaller. Previously, at the factory, they were plowed in with a temperature and with a sore back, but now they can’t shift papers in the office with a runny nose.

Moreover, no one takes sick leave just like that. Only if the temperature is already real and there is simply no strength to work. What is the point of such an employee?

I once answered the boss that women used to give birth in the field, and then they went on to work. So he immediately became her first enemy.

She looks over my sick leave with special attention, almost tries it on the tooth. And always adds something sarcastic.

I broke my toe last semester. Very unfortunate, it was impossible to walk. Naturally, he went on sick leave.

So our leader still asks me, in which case, every sick leave, why is it with me again, is my finger bruised. Yes, so that you “bruised your finger” like that.

She is generally biased towards men, and even more so towards me. I dared to say a word across to her. Apparently, therefore, now I have to take a day at my own expense in order to take time off from the dentist.

She believes girls with fictitious female problems without question, but she doesn’t believe me that I need to go to the dentist, because my eyes are already climbing on my forehead.

– You just don’t want to work. It is not surprising that you are not yet married, who needs such an ailing pampered man, ”she told me then.

I don’t see the point in filing a complaint against her. It’s getting harder and harder to endure, because I’m afraid that one day I won’t be able to restrain myself and say a lot of unnecessary things.

I think it’s time to change jobs. Although before she came to our office, I had no such thoughts. But my health is not state-owned, and every time I prove that I am sick, and did not buy a certificate somewhere, I’m already sick of it.
