A goal and an assist for Josi against the Isles

Roman Josi was once again decisive in the jersey of Nashville in the NHL.

The Predators captain scored a goal and an assist on Friday in a 4-1 win against the New York Islanders.

Credited with an assist on Filip Forsberg’s 15th-minute opener, Roman Josi made it 2-0 in the 29th minute with a powerful shot on reception, each time during a superiority digital. Nashville scored its last two goals in the empty net, after the Isles came back to 2-1 in the 52nd.

Roman Josi was named second star of this meeting, the third won in a row by the Predators, behind his goalkeeper Kevin Lankinen (48 saves).
