Finding that he could modify the ingredients of the Cheeseburger he wanted to order from McDonald’s through the Doordash delivery service, he simply decided to offer an extreme transformation to his sandwich.

He had the meat, mustard, ketchup, onions, picklescheese, salt and breads.

In short, he removed everything…except the price, which remained at $1.89.

He then waited to see what would happen.

Doordash first sent him a message asking for more details, but he chose not to respond to confuse him.

Three minutes later, he published the astonishing result of his experiment: DOORDASH HAD JUST DELIVERED AN EMPTY PACKAGING IN A BAG.

He also uploaded a video of the sachet being opened, to confuse doubters.

“I was curious to see what would happen if I ordered a burger that didn’t exist,” he later said in an interview with the journal Metro British.

“I expected McDonald’s to cancel the order, or assume I’m an idiot who doesn’t understand delivery apps and send me a plain cheeseburger. I was really surprised to have not only packaging, but packaging inside a sealed paper bag! I got exactly what I paid for, which is nothing. I was really happy to see that everyone involved understood that I didn’t want anything, and they didn’t deliver anything.”

On Twitter, he also clarified that he tipped the delivery man $6, which means that his “nothing” cost him $15 in all and everywhere, because he had already tried his little trick before. , without success.
