The Public Prosecution referred the accused to the criminal trial before the Economic Court, which held 5 court sessions, from which the accused was absent, while the lawyer attended.
of her own, to issue a guilty verdict of imprisonment for 3 years, and the accused appealed against the ruling before the Appeals Economic Misdemeanors Court, where the court considered it in several sessions, including today’s session, which was decided to be postponed.
Last June, the Economic Court, in his presence, sentenced Renad Imad to 3 years in prison and a fine of 100,000 pounds.
