A housewife and her five children were injured, after they fell from the first floor of their house in the village of Dandara in Qena. Major General Musaad Abu Sakeen, Qena Security Director, received a notification stating that Asmaa. T. T., 35, was injured in the scalp, and Habiba. H., 16, was injured. Abrasions and bruises, and sweetheart. H, 12 years old, fainted, Hussein 10 years old, with a fractured right arm, Hanin, 8 years old, with a brain hemorrhage, and Mustafa. H, two years old with abrasions and bruises.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the accused in the incident was the husband who threw his wife and five children, from the first floor of the house, under the influence of drugs.
The injured were transferred to Qena University Hospital, the accused was arrested, a report was issued about the incident and the Public Prosecution office was notified to undertake investigations.
