The judicial police in Marrakech arrested, on Sunday, the sister of a well-known dancer in Marrakech, accompanied by another girl.
This is against the background of a complaint submitted by a tourist from one of the Gulf countries to the Public Prosecution, after he was robbed and defrauded of a sum of money and valuable items.
According to what was reported by local sources, a foreign tourist, from a Gulf country, filed a complaint with the security services, accusing the dancer’s sister mentioned of stealing a luxury watch and a sum of money of about 18 million centimes, while having a relationship and spending a red night with him.
The same sources added that, following the complaint, the judicial police opened an investigation into the matter, which resulted in the arrest of the person concerned on Sunday morning, along with another girl, who was released after it was found that she was not related to the matter.
The accused was heard by the police at the police station, while the investigation is still underway, pending presentation to the judiciary, in order to deepen the investigation.
