Tension was noted on Saturday afternoon at the General Hospital of Corinth, when a group of people approached a man from EKAV and attacked him, injuring him.
Police forces at the scene
According to KorinthosTv, the police were informed about the incident and strong police forces rushed to the scene, however the perpetrators had fled.
First aid was provided to the injured.
Georgiadis’ intervention on the beating of an EKAV rescuer in Corinth
The Minister of Health was immediately mobilized for the incident of the beating of an ambulance rescuer at the Corinth hospital. In his post on X, the Minister of Health emphasizes “an unacceptable fact, I instructed the EKAB to take all possible legal actions. I thank ELAS for its immediate intervention. Farewell to our savior.”
