A Moroccan company launches interactive counters for insurance contracts

External ATMs have been made available to the public in Morocco, offering all the necessary functionalities to take out or renew car insurance contracts, without the need to go through the agency. These automatic teller machines make it possible to submit a request for subscription or renewal of a contract, to pay the insurance premium by credit card and to print the certified insurance certificate, according to a press release sent to Yabiladi.

These interactive terminals also offer the possibility of filing a report of a traffic accident or material damage to vehicles. This service is the result of the work of a team of entrepreneurs in a Moroccan company specializing in the field of FinTech financial and commercial technology, “OnePay sa”, created in 2020 by the Sispay Group.

“This young company has successfully developed smart IT solutions and the design and production of interactive counters integrating innovative tele-services open to insurance companies, one of which already offers these services through these new counters. in Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Fez, Meknes, Oujda, Settat and Tangier,” the statement continued. This intelligent counter is thus available in addition to the interactive display screen, the bank time card, a double text and image scanner, QR CODE recognition of the document and a surveillance camera.

Soon these interactive counters will be installed at other insurers in Morocco and in several African countries.
