The preparations for the residential and commercial center that Raiffeisenbank Perg wants to set an urban development impulse with on Linzerstraße took longer than planned. Now the implementation is imminent. “We are still expecting the building permit in April and expect construction to start in the fall,” says Raiffeisen board member Johann Fröschl.
